Shipping

Orders are packed and dispatched from our studio within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Domestic

Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days. Expedited options are shown at checkout.

International

We ship to most countries. Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination and local customs. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & exchanges

If something isn't right, you can return unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@coactcollective.com with your order number.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
• Final-sale, clearance, and sticker items are not eligible for return.
• Exchanges are subject to stock — since drops are limited, your size may sell out.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty.

Faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
